Global Partnership Representatives
Our global partnership representatives play a crucial role in fundraising for each campaign, leveraging their networks and connections to garner support from individuals, businesses, and organizations worldwide who share our commitment to providing sustainable and clean water sources to schools in rural Zimbabwe's Hurungwe Region. Through strategic outreach and collaboration, they help mobilize resources and amplify our impact, ensuring that each campaign receives the necessary funding to make a meaningful difference in the lives of the communities we serve.

Wishes for Water Foundation is a nonprofit organization started and run by undergraduate students from Oklahoma State University. Our focus as a nonprofit is water accessibility. We work to fundraise to drill water sources at schools in rural Zimbabwe. We currently have a team of 21 Directors, a President & Vice President, and about 43 Global Partnership Representatives (GPR). Our team is composed of students from the President’s Leadership Council at Oklahoma State University and other student groups at OSU.
Our Public Relations Directors provide community collaborations for fundraising such as raffles or fundraising events through local businesses here in Stillwater, Oklahoma, planning and giving presentations to local groups, and staying engaged with our donors in the community and online. Our Marketing Directors work to make sure we have a presence on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and even TikTok. Our Communication Director makes sure our website is up-to-date, functional, and professional; while also managing newsletter communications. Our Directors of Finance ensure we are keeping a tight ship with the money we collect while also keeping track of your donations, distributing receipts, and making sure we are within our operation codes from the IRS. Directors of Events work to include community opportunities and voice in planning and executing fundraising events. The Director of Brand Promotion coordinates promotional item production and sale of WFW merchandise. The Global Partnership Representative program is managed by our Director of Global Partnership Representatives; who works to organize and track crowdfunding gifts from GPRs. In the GPR program, we also have Assistant Directors who oversee the creation of community within the group and keep our GPRs in line with our mission and goals of fundraising and hosting events to benefit our mission.
